  • We accept returns under the following conditions:

    Return Window
    Undamaged items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

    Items damaged in transit may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Items damaged before delivery are not subject to restocking or return shipping fees.

    Restocking Fee
    All undamaged eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

    Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for undamaged items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

    Condition of Returned Items
    Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may be denied a refund or subject to an additional deduction upon inspection.
